The LeanJet® RB-FLEX+ immersion cleaning system, designed to handle up to twelve (12) baskets of parts per cycle, achieving an impressive throughput of up to 72 baskets per hour. Our advanced washing and rinsing process combines agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, and heated blow-off drying, ensuring thorough cleaning.
The system’s “triple action” batch cleaning process is engineered specifically to tackle a wide range of challenging parts, particularly those with intricate internal bores and passages. Additionally, the RB-FLEX+ system offers the flexibility to be equipped with ultrasonics as needed.
To minimize cross-contamination and preserve expensive wash solutions, our unique divert drain system efficiently manages inter-stage solution flow. Quick-release drain actuators swiftly discharge contaminant-laden solution away from your clean parts and back into the tanks.
Standard design features include the industry-standard Kadon-style basket, providing optimal protection for delicate parts throughout the cleaning process. Our adaptable carriage can be customized to accommodate existing baskets or new, bespoke fixtures.
For larger parts, custom platforms are available to meet specific requirements, ensuring versatility and efficiency in your cleaning operations.
