Corrosion Inhibitor System (Rust Protection) Parts Washer

The Ransohoff CI system is an immersion-blowoff unit capable of applying an aqueous CI fluid to parts via a dip immersion process. The system will automatically bring parts into the bath stage where the automation will vertically immerse the parts in a heated solution. Once processed the parts will be transferred to an inline dryer system where the parts will dry prior to exiting the system. The inline system ensures 100%-part coverage while containing the CI solution and vapors to the system. This process will protect the parts while waiting for the next step in the manufacturing process or in storage for future use.
