Flexible, Fully Automated, Precise

The Modular RT-FLEX+ features wash, optional rinse, blowoff, and vacuum dry stations, managed by two 6-axis robots that transfer parts between stations without the need for operators.

  • Wash Station: This station delivers high-pressure flush and low-pressure washdown cycles. It includes a fast, robust indexer for precise part rotation, ensuring accurate positioning for varied washing requirements. A servo-driven spray manifold with customizable nozzle positions and stroke speeds maximizes washing power, effectively removing coolant, aluminum and steel chips, and other contaminants.
  • Blowoff Unit: Designed for speed, flexibility, and performance, the blowoff unit swiftly removes standing water. It can incorporate heat if needed before the vacuum dry cycle begins.
